Framing is simple and easy and yet many artists shy away from it. It can not only enhance your work and protect it but it can lift your work to a superior level of professionalism. There are questions, however, such as how to choose the right frame and mat, how to adhere the art to the mat and insert it into the frame, how to construct the frame and what hardware to use and how to transport it to an exhibition or a buyer. This seminar will cover that and many other topics such as shipping, tips to protect your art beyond framing, conducting yourself before, during and after an exhibition, how to read a prospectus, copyright, publicity and more. There will also be a hands on demonstration and you may even get to try it out.
