Melissa Wolf Fine Arts will represent up to 8 artists each year.

Each artist chosen will receive a comprehensive suite of features in this beautiful
online gallery. (Sample Page coming soon). With the latest technology and a comprehensive
suite of online marketing tools, and offline promotion, this will be THE best online gallery on the internet.

Each artist chosen will get up to 8 images each, that will seamlessly enlage on the same page. There will be room for a description of each piece, and seperate pages for artists statements, resumes and unlimited links to email, websites and web presences. If you have a website or blog this is a great way to boost traffic to it. If you don't have a web page, this will be a representation you can be proud of and base your entire future website on.

Melissa Wolf, in addition to being the Director of Melissa Wolf Fine Arts and the Artists Career Coach at The Artists Objective is a web designer specializing in artists and artists representation.

This is by jury and only 8 artists will be chosen. The decision of the jury is final and there is a small fee to enter: $50.00

 

All work submitted must be for sale, no exceptions.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS FEBRUARY 28th , midnight.
Representation will begin on March 30th, 2009 and run until March 1st 2010.

The selection process is by juried competition.
PLEASE FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES BELOW EXACTLY.

ELIGIBILITY:
Any artist who is over the age of 21 and is interested in art as a potential full time career.
All art submitted must be available for sale at the time of submission.
Artists who are clients of The Artists Objective are not eligible as they will receive similar representation
on The Artists Objective website.

THREE STEPS TOWARDS SUCCESS

Step One: Jurying Fee:
$50.00

THIS FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER YOU PAY. EVEN IF YOU DON'T SUBMIT YOUR WORK SO BE CAREFUL.
WE ADVISE YOU TO READ ALL OF THE GUIDELINES CAREFULLY TO MAKE SURE YOU CAN COMPLY BEFORE PAYING.

Why are we collecting a fee for submission. To cover the expense of maintaining this website. In addition we will be using many different methods, traditional and untraditional, to promote your work. This fee will help us cover that cost as well.

 

STEP TWO: SUBMIT YOUR WORK
email us no less than 10 images and no more than 15 pieces of your work
(each sculpture or 3-dimensional work may include two views of each piece)
Note that we are trying to get a wholistic sense of you as an artist.
To be the most successful, submit work that shows what you are capable of.
For example if you work in different mediums submit representations of those mediums or
if you are working in different styles, submit representations of those styles.

Each Image just be in a .jpg format and 72dpi.
We would also like it to be 600 pixels maximum in either direction.

LABEL EACH IMAGE AS FOLLOWS
This is very, very important. If you do not label your images to our
specifications you may not be considered.

In otherwords label it with your last name, underscore, title of piece.
Make sure that all of the characters are lowercase and that there are no breaks in
the words.

STEP THREE
email us your information
The following is required:

• Your full name, first and last
• Your full street address, including city, state and zipcode
• Your Phone Number(s) - day, evening and cell phone
• Your email
• Your website, blog, web pages, or any web presence that you may have.
Are you represented in another gallery or an association's website? Send it to us.

An accurate list of your images with the following information for each piece
1. The title of the piece
2. The medium of the piece
3. The size of the piece
4. The price of the piece

We can accept this information as a .doc or .pdf or directly in the text area of the email.
Make sure you keep a record of what you have sent us
