PROSPECTUS for
VIRTUAL FANTASY
an online exhibition

 

STATEMENT
In todays tulmultous world we find respit in our imaginations. How does your work fit into the realm of fantasy?
Does it carry you away into another world or make a statement about this one? From Dragons, to Spaceships, to your
ideal environment or expressions, this exhibition will give the viewer a relaxing get away right from their desktop.

The Exhibition will be featured in Melissa Wolf Fine Arts Gallery for six months and archived online forever.
Digital photographs of physical work or work created on the computer will be accepted. The work will be shown
online only, and will not be in a physical location. Special attention will be paid to moving animated .gif images
but .jpg images will be accepted as well.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS
JULY 30, 2009, Midnight

IMAGE GUIDELINES
Only Digital Images will be accepted for this exhibition.

Artists may submit up to five images in a .jpg or .gif format.
Both formats must be 72 dpi and 600 pixels maximum in either direction.

Other formats will not be accepted

IMPORTANT! IMAGE LABELS
This is important because it helps us keep track of your work.
Please label your images as follows:
lastname_titleofpiece.jpg
or lastname_titleofpiece.gif

If your image does not follow these guidelines we cannot guarentee that it will be processed
properly or accepted.

FEES
$35.00 for the first three images
$5.00 for every image after that, up to five

ONE SUBMISSION PER ARTIST.

COMMISSION
Should your work sell as a result of being in this gallery
Melissa Wolf Fine Arts will expect a 25% commission.

Please note that you will not be able to upload your work onto the form.

2. PAY THE SUBMISSION FEE
Your work will not be considered until you pay the submission fee.
Once you click the PayPal Button on the last page your fee is non-refundable so be sure you follow the directions exactly.

3. EMAIL YOUR IMAGES
You must send images to us at gallery@theartistobjective.com
